Who We Are
Daksha Skilling Academy was born out of a dream to set up a one-stop institution that would provide an opportunity to develop skill-sets based on the tenets of ethics and courteousness — making individuals future-ready.
Incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (Identification Number: AAY-6572), we are a Pune-based organization with Pan India presence and multi-sector capabilities spanning Banking & Finance, NBFCs, Hospitality, Education, IT, Retail, and Operations.

Priya Narayanan is the driving force behind Daksha Skilling Academy, bringing together a rare blend of strategic vision, operational discipline, and deep commitment to building industry-ready talent for the BFSI sector. With 20+ years of experience in banking and 8+ years in banking consulting, she brings strong domain expertise across retail banking operations, process frameworks, and core banking system enablement.
Priya envisioned Daksha not merely as a training organization, but as a Finacle enablement and BFSI capability-building partner for banks and academic institutions — bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world banking execution.
She has been instrumental in building Daksha's positioning as an Authorized Finacle Training Partner (EdgeVerve – an Infosys company), and is deeply passionate about student transformation and creating professionals who are deployment-ready from day one.

Narayanan C V brings deep expertise in banking product strategy, retail lending, and BFSI transformation initiatives. With 28+ years of experience in financial services, he has held leadership roles driving product innovation, marketing strategy, credit, operations, and business growth.
Prior to co-founding Daksha, he served as National Head – Product & Marketing at Bajaj Auto Credit Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in designing and scaling retail finance products across two-wheeler and three-wheeler segments — spanning credit frameworks, risk-based pricing, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.
At Daksha, Narayanan leads strategy, business development, and institutional partnerships, ensuring all offerings are aligned with real-world banking needs and deliver measurable impact in productivity, adoption, and business outcomes.
